Recent Announcements

After enjoying a short, but wonderful Summer Session, the orchestra is looking forward to our 2021 Fall Session.  It begins Tuesday, September 7, with 2-hour rehearsals every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm ending with a combined New Horizons orchestra and band concert in mid-November (the exact date will be decided soon and it will be posted here).  Tuition is $120 for the 2021 Fall Session.  Go to the “Join Us” page for full details and to register.  We hope to see you this fall!  Registration and tuition payment deadline is August 31!

New Horizons Orchestra Covid statement:  Orchestra rehearsals will be indoors this fall.  Because we care about the health and safety of all orchestra members, we strongly encourage everyone registering to be vaccinated.  Those not vaccinated must wear a mask and distance themselves at rehearsals and at the November concert.  We will provide room at the rear of the orchestra for those members as well as vaccinated members who choose to practice masking and distancing.      

YOU could be part of New Horizons ORCHESTRA Fox Valley.  Our mission: we welcome everyone, regardless of ability, wishing to play violin, viola, cello, or string bass in our friendly ensemble.  Simply go to “Join Us” on this website.  Your registration includes current orchestra music for your section, sectional instruction and emailed orchestra updates.   There is never an audition to join New Horizons Orchestra!  You only need an interest in music, an instrument and paid tuition.  Visitors are always welcome!   Call Linda at 920.739.9547 for answers to your questions.  

New Horizons Orchestra Fox Valley is part of New Horizons Music Fox Valley, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Donations are welcome and appreciated and they’re tax-deductible.
