2018 Summer Pops Orchestra with Olive

Something new for orchestra members…… Summer Pops Orchestra with Olive begins Tues. Jun 5.  Fun, enjoyable, not-so-difficult music simply to enjoy playing.  As director, Olive brings her wit and intelligence again for our enlightenment and enjoyment.  Two 4-week sessions (sign up for one or both), each with its own music.  First session June 5, 12, 19, 26.  Then a two week break.  Second session July 17, 24, 31, August 7.  Olive says “you won’t need to practice!  Just come and enjoy playing!”  Ana Leavitt steps in as our beginners teacher and Olive’s assistant.  We’re looking forward to these two summer mini-sessions and we hope you join us.

Tuition is just $40 for each session. 

Never an audition, never a solo (unless you volunteer), no experience necessary.  Our orchestra is open to all adults who wish to play in a string orchestra.  We have string beginners, along with some who’ve been with the orchestra for many years.  All adults of any age, all abilities.  Regardless of your experience and background, we strive to make the orchestra a success for you in every way.  Visitors and new members are always welcome.  Come join us!
